He has worked extensively across jurisdictions in India, United Kingdom, Mainland Europe (Belgium) and South Africa.
In the last and current positions he has been the head of the bank in Belgium and South Africa.

ANIRUDH KEDIYAL

Anirudh Kediyal is ex-banker with an impressive track record of success. International exposure in large and mid corporate banking and well versed in executing complex deals involving multiple jurisdictions. Strong financial modelling and credit assessment skills.He brings more than 28 years of experience in capital raising and structuring, corporate finance and venture capital.
A management graduate, and worked with ICICI Bank for 18 years.
He has worked extensively across jurisdictions in India in the retail Banking and asset lending space.
He has extensive experience in Institutional banking business
He was the Chief Executive Officer – ICICI bank South Africa Branch managing Sub Sahara region. .

PUVENTHIREN RAMASAMY

Puventhiren Ramasamy is group CEO of Amava Group Capital, a technology and Mining Investment Company, with a specific focus on SA intellectual property development.

Puven worked in the merchant banking industry for Absa Corporate & Merchant Bank. Societc General. The International Bank of Southern Africa and Mercantile Bank. Ramasamy has a BCom degree and has passed the first CWO Levels of the chartered financial analyst qualification.
He is also director of Amava Mining Investments and Amava Alloys, HR-Focus Holdings and the Thuthukani Investment Con-sortium. Ramasamy is also an alternate director of Fujitsu Technology Solutions.. He brings more than 28 years of experience in capital raising and structuring, corporate finance and venture capital. For over 16 years, Puventhiren Ramasamy regularly advised GE customers on bespoke financial solutions in support for GE divisions such as: Transportation, Mining, Power & Water, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Aviation and Energy Management sectors. Puventhiren Ramasamy worked on and assessed multi-sector transactions in many sub-Saharan African markets.
